The doctor is knowledgeable, attentive, and concerned about me.
My husband and I scheduled an appointment for a physical but unfortunately, the level of care and professionalism was not provided. The lack of communication and never return calls for questions. I don't like where Bon Socour is taking their care with a first-meet appointment for first-time patients. Not beneficial for patients.
Dr. Shrouder and staff have been wonderful, treating me with kindness every visit. Dr. Shrouder is thorough, spends extensive time discussing concerns, and has excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend this doctor and office.
I went in to see Dr. Shrouder for a routine physical for my job. I had to wait for around an hour in one of the patient rooms. He finally came in and spent around 10 to 15 minutes checking the basics and asked me if I had any questions. I asked if there was anything I could do about my eye bags and his only recommendation was plastic surgery. I like Dr. Shrouder. He and his staff are very friendly. He listens to my concerns and answered any questions I had.
Dr Shrouder is an excellent family practitioner. He listens and takes his time. Extremely knowledgeable and expedient on getting referrals done for patients. If it weren't for Dr. Shrouders due diligence, I wouldn't have been able to get a much needed surgery done.
