Jim Shorten is one of the best PA's I have ever seen. He always is cheerful, knowledgeable and his shots don't hurt!!

The provider was clearly an expert and knew what they were talking about. I have confidence in their assessment and greatly appreciate the quality care. The assistant that focuses on the exercises was also fantastic - very friendly and helpful. A very positive experience overall.

Jim was an excellent listener and responded to each of my questions. He provided visual aids to maximize efficient communication and appreciated my bag of shoes and insoles, so I felt that he was committed to helping me find the best solutions. He gave specific brands, where to purchase, and how to use. I was very impressed.
Very impressed with the amount of time he spend with me, very knowledgeable, passionate, explained every detail and took a good amount of time to answer all questions I had. Will definitely recommend to everyone. The only down side, more relates to the office, it takes them a long time to return messages, but it worth waiting.
