They actually listened to everything I had to say without cutting me off. They then actually acknowledged what I said. I'm used to dealing with people who assume that anything I say is uninformed or wrong. This was very refreshing.

The PA was great. Great explanations and caring.
Provider went out of his way to get me to the right people to get injections that day. There had been some confusion about type or provider to get needed injections at the end of a very long day. Knowing we lived 2 hours away and had tried to accomplish several visits in one day. He was phenomenal!
Jim Shorten is a fabulous PA. I enjoy every appointment with him because he is listening to my every comment. And he gives a "great" shot into my subtalar joint every time!!
