After a year of constant discomfort I have experienced significant improvement in my overall muscular health since I have been working with Dr. Wrede. I feel confident that I will continue on the road to achieving the quality of life I knew before.
From the minute I called asking for an appointment (following a clumsy fall I had the day before) to the Session with Dr Wrede that day and the several that followed I have found kindness, relief and true healthcare giving. Beginning with the receptionist Tracey-- she responded to my call as if I'd been a long time patient even though I'd never been before. Dr Wrede listens intently, explains thoughtfully, and has magic healing hands all underscored by a singular goal of helping people in pain
I had a problem that made it incredibly painful to walk. 20 minutes at his office and I was walking pain free. He does great work and is always very accommodating when scheduling. I have been seeing him as needed for 8 years. He is a wonderful Doctor.

Dr. Wrede saved my life. When I first started visiting Dr. Wrede, I was suffering from severe pain and incapable of performing even the most simple tasks - driving, housework, cooking, etc. He was able to consult with me to identify what the issues were; after continued visits, he renewed my health tremendously.
I have been a patient of Dr Wrede's for ten years for treatment of back pain and their muscular issues. He has a magic touch and always helps. He is able to find the source of the discomfort and then alleviate the pain.
I've been seeing Dr. Wrede, on an as needed basis for the past couple of years. After seeing competent chiropractors for many years for my bad back, I've had remarkable healing happen whenever I see Dr. Wrede. His hands are magic--they know how to find the immediate problem and all the areas, often hidden, that are creating it and/or impacting it. He has the highest integrity of almost any medical person I've ever seen, doing just what is needed and getting the job done! HIGHLY recommend!
After being rear-ended by a school bus, I was left with chronic neck. shoulder & back pain. When first seeing Dr Wrede, I was in constant pain in my neck & shoulders and living on tons of Motrin (very bad). After seeing Dr Wrede, I can say that my chronic pain is much less, I take Motrin now only when I get a flare up and the flare ups I have are quickly dealt with. While I will never be totally pain free, my pain now lives at a #1-2, not 6-7.
He knows how to listen to his patients. I always feel better both physically and mentally when I leave his office. He is excellent at his job, very caring and professional.
