After an auto accident whether fender bender or huge, both can be life changing, both can be traumatic. Sometimes that trauma doesn't present itself immediately like external injury. I believe they leave a lot on the table. They don't get what they can. The whole process is a joke. They know what the settlement is before you settle. My advice is to go to a jury. Dont take a settlement. They told us that James Scott Farin is not even a Attorney. Get a real Attorney. Just my opinion, they are buds with workers comp.

This firm was so professional and responsive. They answered our questions and guided us in making a decision that was right for us. They also really cared about our feelings and not just about making money. In the end we decided not to go forward with the case, it was just to difficult emotionally for us. We do not feel all firms would have treated us so kindly.
