I am very pleased with my experience. Excellent communication from the beginning. I received a warm welcome at reception each time I had the opportunity to visit their beautiful office in Durham. Staff is very informative and helpful. I received frequent updates without prompting. All of my questions were immediately answers. I was very happy with my paralegal, Kelly, and attorney, Sheri. They set the tone for what I should expect during the process and they never let me down.

I would highly recommend James Scott Farrin law firm. They handled my diminished value claim wonderfully. Everyone I spoke with from my lawyer Jessica Plummer to the assistants and all involved were very kind and always over and beyond helpful throughout. I would hands down use them again and again. Bryan and Sydney were absolutely fanatic. They both took the time to really understand my case and the severity of it. They were always timely and understanding of my time. I was very happy with the work that James Scott Farrin provided me with after my car accident. It was for sure a very difficult time but with the friendly attitude and professionalism I knew they were the team for me!
