Bad person ,very bad doctor
Dr. Albertoli and his staff were very kind and professional. I was able to get fit in right away for my consultation. Dr. Albertoli answered all my questions, and took the time to explain my surgical procedure to me. The nurse followed up with me the next day, and Dr. Albertoli even called me personally to explain my pathology results. The Frederick Community is lucky to have him. In my opinion, he is a top quality surgeon, and I would highly recommend him.
Had a wood splinter in my hand that was too deep for urgent care to remove. Dr. Albertoli saw me the next day and promptly removed it. The staff were great! Very clean and efficient surgery center. Follow-up to remove sutures was quick and easy. Very short wait time and no overbooking. Appointment times you can rely on.
I can't even.....omg. lets just say...i almost had an unnecessary hole in my head to go with the hurried one already put there removing a growth. Had a second opinion. Small biopsy..i am fine. Someone in billing also needs to learn some phone manners.
My wife and I both had minor outpatient surgery to remove cysts in May, 2019. Everyone at this practice, from Dr. Albertoli the reception staff, took excellent, attentive care of us in a professional, friendly and caring manner. Their high degree of responsiveness and consideration very favorably impressed us. Follow-up contacts strongly reinforced our positive assessments. He was able to remove a rather large lesion without distorting my face , leaving only a simple suture line which is healing well. I thank him and his staff.
Dr. Albertoli is an excellent plastic surgeon. I would highly recommend him to persons needing his surgical expertise.

great friendly knowledgeable staff, almost a zero wait time every time i came in. dr albertoli was very professional when it came to my injury and because of him and his staff and theraphy recommendations, i’m almost back to 100% from where i started at 6 months ago! thank you!
