Jason & John came out today to fix my bathroom drain. Job was finished in a very timely manner & they left area clean. Pricing was less than expected. Both were very courteous & respectful. I would use them again & recommend them.
All i have to say is WOW ! These guys came to my home and told me they would install my water heater in about 2 hours & finished in about 1 &1/2. The price beat other companies i called, real respectful gentlemen. I personally will recommend James Rowe plumming to all. $730.00 invoice to install two shower handles and hook up a water line for a fridge and a water line for a dishwasher. All told their guys were there for 2 hours and gave the invoice to my wife while I was at work. Nothing more to say. It took me three days to get a call regarding the invoice, and when I did Michelle told me "well that's what we charge. What do you expect me to do about it." What a joke, customer service is non-existent and they charge double what any respectable plumber would charge. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... read more
