I had left my phone on a bus a few minutes before that and I had asked them if I could use their phone to call my phone and they were gracious enough to let me do so. Christy, was wonderful. Very friendly and was more than willing to let me use her phone and I also heard them interact with the patients as well and I would recommend them to anybody. A definite must go to
Our cat Noodles had to have an emergency surgery for urinary stones. Dr. Barnes and the staff were amazing in the procedure, compassionate with his care, and helpful with questions. He has since fully recovered and we are thankful to the team!

My dog had to get TPLO surgery. He is a very nervous and scared vet goer but James River was always so great with him. The answered all my questions and really helped me throughout his recovery. Would highly reccomend coming here.
Words cannot express how grateful we are for Dr Roy Barnes. Our dog Wally unexpectedly ate a sock. Dr Roy Barnes had a full surgery schedule the next day but came in early to perform his surgery. He was extremely confident and the surgery went well. Wally's stitches are now out and is doing great. Our primary vet told us Dr Roy Barnes is a "legend" which should give you all the confidence you need if your pet needs surgery.
