We waited 3 months for a part to come in for our windshield wipers. Never got a message saying the part was in and when I followed up, I was told that it had been in. Really? When did you think would be a good time to notify us of that? Meanwhile, I've gone without wipers since March and riding around with an expired inspection sticker because I obviously couldn't get it inspected without working wipers. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a dealership. Stay away!
What a great experience!! Second time I buy a car from pomoco, and the second time I leave that place feeling so great!! Big thanks to Jessica that again, was very professional and efficient, she showed me exactly what I wanted with a great deal, answered all the questions and in minutes everything was set. The service was amazing!! I highly recommend this place!!
