Only had my John deere x350 14 months. Still under warranty and won't start. Cost me to have them pick up for warranty work. And said probably a week and half or 2 weeks before they even look at it. I guess I'll be push mowing my large yard until then. I should have bought a Farris. After explaining to me about 6 months on free pick up and delivery. Sorry I jumped the gun on my first post. They got my mower back in less than a week. And I do love my X350.

Have had dealings (at the parts counter), with Rodger and Roy while attempting to get parts. Both were knowledgeable and focused on helping me get the right part/parts and getting my machine back up and running. Would definitely recommend!
