I bought a Stihl chainsaw for $399.00 . A little after a year it stopped working! It had the extended warranty so the attendant said no problem will fix it for you! 2 weeks later they call me that it was not under warranty because I abuse it! So I went to pick it up and they said I had to pay a fee to get it for telling me that they could not fix it! I'm not sure what Jason S. is ranting about. They've been around for over 40 years and have always taken care of me and my equipment. They even provide free loaners or reduced rental rates when equipment is being serviced. Very friendly and accommodating folks at James River Supply.
