STAY AWAY! We had great service when we went there to purchase our tractor with nine attachments and a farm boss chainsaw. The chainsaw never worked from the start and it had a broken trigger. I took it in to get repaired via the warranty. It took them over a month to repair the chainsaw, and that was only because I called to inquire why it took so long; they told me it would be a couple days. I had trouble with my brand new John Deere, one of the belts came off. I took it back and Tim who I think was the Service manager, took care of me. He was great, he found the problem and right away fixed it. He was very professional and efficient at his job. I will always do business with them.

Not willing to work with anyone I am a homeowner not a business and want to charge almost 500 dollars just for travel and I'm 20 minutes away maybe 30 bucks in gas at most but I'm open to a travel fee to me not from me and maybe 50 or even 100 I would not complain about but over 1k total just to clean some Greece ports come on man

I have been associated with James River for 20 plus years. I would like to give a special shout out for Garrett Frick in the Charlotte division. He has gone above and beyond my expectations when I call with a problem I'm having with my skidder. He will work with me until I get my problem resolved. This service has been invaluable to me and my mechanic. This customer support would definitely make me consider new John Deere equipment in the future. I have been working with James River's Charlotte division for over 20 years. Through out the years I have worked with Shannon, Chris, Eric, Chuck and Luis in the parts department. They have all been extremely helpful when providing parts I need. The service department is well trained and provides service in a timely manner. Their technical department, Garrett and Leo, always take the time to solve issues when machines have challenging concerns. Thank you for your support.

We have a fleet of John Deere equipment. The JD Link system keeps us ahead of what is happening in the field from here in the shop. Thank you Garret Frick and James River Equipment. This system notifies the shop of issues often before an operator knows. This reduces down time and repair cost.

We run a fleet of John Deere heavy equipment and have received tremendous support from Garret Frick in the machine monitoring department at the Charlotte NC branch. He's usually got us on the phone if there are any codes showing up before the operator even knows there's an issue! That kind of service has allowed us to catch minor problems quickly before they become major issues. A key factor in preventing downtime and lost production.

I bought a 3039R from McKayla Washington recently and was so happy with her that I may buy another one! She went above and beyond at every stage of the process. If you need a tractor "GO GREEN" and use McKayla in Ashland.
