Always a pleasant experience!!!
I’ve always been greeted when I enter the building... your front desk staff greet me by my first name and they are always warm and inviting. Once you are in the back, staff always greet me by name and introduce themselves which is nice as I’m not from your community where I am sure everyone knows everyone 😊 so that is warm and friendly too. You have amazing staff, they tell you what they are doing and explain what’s happening. Excellent service!

As usual, the staff was welcoming and prompt to update my medical history .. Alison was my hygienist, she was professional and thorough with her cleaning services .. Dr Ellingson of course is the best!
The experience that I've had over the years at James River Dentistry has been very good! They are friendly and work to your needs. We must be happy with the service and dental work otherwise why would we be driving 40 miles for dental work when we have one right here in town! It has been very good for us the last 16 years!
My wife and I had our regular 6-month appointments at James River Dental on September 1 and came away pleased and impressed with the experience. From the friendly, efficient office staff to the skilled and expert professional staff, the entire visit was painless and positive. My teeth feel great! Thanks, JRD.
