They were very prompt for my appointment. I was able to start at my appointed time. They met me at the door with a Mask on and I also wore a mask until into the exam chair. They made me feel very safe from the Covid Virus with other precautions in place during the exam also.
Great staff and excellent dental work. Don’t think the on line forms should require entry of sensitive personal information.
I highly recommend James River Dentistry for obtaining your most perfect smile! They fit me in, were accommodating, flexible, upfront and straightforward about costs and fees, and gave me the smile I had been wanting for years! Very professional, reliable, good work, and welcoming team of people :)

The ladies at the front desk are so friendly and greet you when you walk in. Allison is such a good dental hygienist. She answers all my questions and is very gentle when working on my teeth. Both dentists are also very friendly and thorough and always ask if you have any questions for them.
