I recently visited JRD for my 6 month re-check .. my cleaning service/procedures with Tracy were thorough .. Dr Ellingson was again personable, very professional and exceptional with her assessments and advice for any further services that could be needed. I will definitely continue with regular dental services at JRD.
The service at James River is always the best. It's a friendly atmosphere and you feel that you are being cared for to a high level. Everyone always explains your options from oral care to billing.
My recent visit to James River Dentistry was very positive. The staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly. My appointment for a cleaning and checkup with the hygienist and Dr. Ellingson was smooth and painless. I appreciate the expertise and professionalism of the entire staff.
