This has to be the worst office staff in the entire state. I have been trying to get an appointment with this office after being referred by LSU Health. I have contacted the office and spoke to Susan at the appt desk. She has yet to follow through with returning a phone call or assisting me in getting the treatment care I desperately need. LSU HEALTH has faxed the referral 3x and each time Susan says the referral lady will call you. I have been suffering from chronic UTI and was in the hospital for sepsis. "It's refreshing to be seen at a medical office exactly at the appointment time without waiting. Dr. Richey and the staff were friendly and highly competent, making me feel comfortable throughout. Highly recommended!"
Was checked in and called back in less than 5 minutes. Staff was very friendly and kept me informed. The PA that I saw explained my lab results and was very knowledgeable. She assured me and answered my questions throughly. I highly recommend Dr. Richey.
They are very kind and thorough. I don't have to wait long.
