Unfortunately, my experience with James Remodeling left a very negative impression before I even stepped through the door. One of the owner’s sons, who often works the front desk, was aggressively tailgating and road raging through the parking lot on his way to the office. This kind of reckless behavior in public says a lot about the attitude and values this family-run business might bring to their client relationships.
