Unfortunately, my experience with James Remodeling left a very negative impression before I even stepped through the door. One of the owner’s sons, who often works the front desk, was aggressively tailgating and road raging through the parking lot on his way to the office. This kind of reckless behavior in public says a lot about the attitude and values this family-run business might bring to their client relationships. We had a kitchen redone with James Remodeling. We have had previous jobs done with other vendors throughout the house, which were good, but our experience with this company was outstanding. They were extremely reliable and did excellent work. They essentially met the timeline quoted except for a couple of delays because I changed items midway. He dosen't know anything, he just hair espanish peopel to do the job. He just can clean the job side whit air and very sensitive about his cleanning job. He just laughing and telling the joks to keep the customers. I new few peopel was complaining about his job and the damage they got from him.
Inherited outdated kitchen. Hired James Remodeling after neighbor’s referral. Quartz countertops, better lighting—total transformation. Mom loves cooking again.
