We just finished our third project with James Remodeling and couldn’t be happier with the results (two bath remodels and a partial kitchen remodel). Unfortunately, my experiences with James Remodeling in Mission Viejo have been consistently negative and concerning. I frequent the gym and nutrition store located in the same plaza, and my issues began when I was reversing into a public parking spot near the nutrition center. One of their employees—who I later learned is the owner’s son—aggressively cut me off in a white Tesla instead of allowing me to finish parking, then proceeded to flip me off without any provocation.
