Keep waiting well after my appointment time and still waiting to be seen People who arrived after me are being seen before me Office did not keep scheduled 2 pm appointment Did make a point of collecting copay upon arrival however service not provided
Just got billed 165 on top of my copay of 20 because they switched offices in Warren and now can charge as outpatient. I was told very rudely that there is signage in office. If there was I didn’t see it. I think that upon check in patients should be told very clearly they will be billed as an outpatient instead of a regular doctors visit. Not very happy!
