I found their office to be friendly and professional. I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable time-frame and made to feel comfortable every step of the way. The front desk ladies are very knowledgeable with insurance and eager to help with financial arrangements. So glad I was referred to these folks by my neighbor Tom.

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! Judy at the front desk is the most unhelpful person I know. She doesn't care what your concerns are or care to help you submit claims through your insurance provider. She has ruined this office and will continue to do so until they either train her to do her job or replace her! I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All my questions were answered and they go out of their way to accommodate your schedule. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.
