Dr. DeMarco was impressive to work with for my rotator cuff tear. Using a small scope, he gave me a repaired shoulder including smoothing the shoulder surface while using stem cell as well as tear repair. I was impressed with the freezing cryo care that accelerated healing and provided enough comfort that pills were not needed. With PT, my range of motion was superior. He is an educator and will be diligent to address any issues.
Had rotator cuff surgery in December 2020. Dr. Demarco did an excellent job. Shoulder is still great today. Great communication!

Dr. DeMarco repaired my rotator cuff injury from a horseback accident. This was in 2004 and my shoulder is still in excellent shape - better than ever. I highly recommend him as a surgeon. He is very down-to-earth and not at all intimidating. He explains everything he will be doing and why and made what could have been a horrible experience quite lovely. If I still lived in Charleston I would be seeing him for my other shoulder.

Initial visit for ruptured bicep tendon. He and his PA were both extremely compassionate, professional and very prompt at diagnosis and scheduling my time sensitive surgery.

Dr Demarco is a GREAT doctor! I have been so impressed with the time he takes to talk through everything. I love that his care and direction for a shoulder injury helped me to avoid surgery, yay! And, he looks at your whole situation and has helped lead me to better health by looking for underlying issues that could be causing shoulder problems. He really cares!
