I was told they see patients for my problem, but after almost an hour of wait, he walked in without saying hello and started looking at the little cyst on my head and told me that he doesnt really work on this...bye bye, give me your copay..thats it.
After five years, I have finaly given up on Dr.Bond. He has the expertise, but his inconsistency from one appointment to the next is getting worse. He has one or two competent staff members but the quality of his techs has deteriorated. Lots of turnover, and the reasons are undertandable. Changing physicians is a great inconvenience, and I regret having to make a change, but enough is enouch.
Extremely rude to patients. I have seen him dress down his staff as well. It's a shame that there is a shortage of dermatologists in this area, he'd go out of business.
Terribly rude, i was shocked. What is he thinking? He's a doctor??? Scary manner. I won't go back.
I've met door knobs with more personality. This guy was rude and obnoxious and all the other adjectives you can find in a thesaurus under the heading "doesn't give a crap about his patients." Don't bother going to this doc. There are MANY other qualified physicians out there!
Will not go back to him because of his abruptness with me. He is probably an excellent doctor; however should be doing research where he does not have to interact with people. Have changed to another dermatologist - who has some measure of courtesy and does not make me feel like I am bothering him by showing up for an appointment.
Kept me waiting over an hour and never acknowleged it. Very abrupt (to the point of being comical). I had to call the nurse to change a prescription and she abruptly told me that Dr. Bond doesn't change prescriptions. What a joke.
Appointment was on time. Staff friendly and helpful. Physician was knowledgable and took his time to anwser all my questions and concerns. Samples given to try before purchasing product.
Seems knowledgeable, but rushed. Comes across as rude. Otherwise okay. Didn't smile or say "hi" or anything. No time for courtesy or pleasantries.
