We had an excellent experience with James. He is extremely knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and experienced. He understood the current market and the neighborhood that we were selling in. He was on top of everything including, most importantly, communication. He made the pros and cons of specific decisions very clear- such as whether or not to stage our home and managing offers. In our estimation, James gets a 5 out 5!
James did a fantastic job in selling our home in North Portland. This was our first go-around in selling a home, and James walked us through the entire process and was incredibly thorough in his research and market evaluations. He was extremely communicative, professional, and kind. His attention to detail and the level of care he put into selling our home is second to none. I 100% recommend using James if you are looking to buy or sell.

James was a true leader as we shopped together for my new home. He was always reliable, patient, listened to my needs/wants, and gave advice on not only the market but on technical items based on each location we viewed. He always had time to help, chat, and take a call. Even though it took me a very long time to settle on a house, he allowed me time to find the right fit and I am very happy he was on my side through the entire process.
