James did a fantastic job in selling our home in North Portland. This was our first go-around in selling a home, and James walked us through the entire process and was incredibly thorough in his research and market evaluations. He was extremely communicative, professional, and kind. His attention to detail and the level of care he put into selling our home is second to none. I 100% recommend using James if you are looking to buy or sell.

James was a true leader as we shopped together for my new home. He was always reliable, patient, listened to my needs/wants, and gave advice on not only the market but on technical items based on each location we viewed. He always had time to help, chat, and take a call. James was so easy to work with. I live in Chicago but was looking for a place in Oregon near family. He just happened to be checking out a property for me when another one was about to be posted. He waited there until that realtor finished up with her clients then he did a walk through of the place. The place he found for me was next to perfect and only 3 minutes away from my family.
