I can’t believe this store did not allow returns (only store credit). That alone will put them out of business. Also, no hooks in the fitting rooms. And There is such confusion on their checkout process too. They have to go in the back and then come out with a handheld device and check u out….. they should be able to just scan the item and check u out on the spot, with out having to go back and forth in the back. James Perse completely failed my elderly father. He is 82 years old, very sick, and spent over $1,300 on Christmas gifts. He paid for 1-business-day delivery, yet the order was not delivered on time. One item never arrived, another was returned to their warehouse, and days later there is still no refund or resolution. Customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. It’s an exceptional thing when a luxury brand as prestigious and successful as this one has a flagship store with Management that demonstrates humanity, care, and a deep understanding of what TRUE customer service is about. All too many stores in the Beverly Hills region, not to mention worldwide, when they reach a certain “status“ make it clear that those who are less than wealthy are not really worth their time and energy.
