James Perse customer service should be ashamed. After incorrectly delivering an order, they refused to simply exchange the items for correct sizes, which they had in stock!!!! Despicable customer service and completely absurd for a brand that pretends to be focused on luxury and service. Couldn't be easier to fix the mistake, and instead they lose a customer forever.
I can’t believe this store did not allow returns (only store credit). That alone will put them out of business. Also, no hooks in the fitting rooms. And There is such confusion on their checkout process too. They have to go in the back and then come out with a handheld device and check u out….. they should be able to just scan the item and check u out on the spot, with out having to go back and forth in the back. Poor Service, Disorganized management, generic clothing.
James Perse completely failed my elderly father. He is 82 years old, very sick, and spent over $1,300 on Christmas gifts. He paid for 1-business-day delivery, yet the order was not delivered on time. One item never arrived, another was returned to their warehouse, and days later there is still no refund or resolution. Customer service was dismissive and unhelpful.
