It’s an exceptional thing when a luxury brand as prestigious and successful as this one has a flagship store with Management that demonstrates humanity, care, and a deep understanding of what TRUE customer service is about. How is this company still in business. The 2 items I purchased (pants and sweatshirt) lost their shape after one day of wearing them. I did not even wash them yet and they look like rags.
