KCOA has been my go to for all ortho surgeries (too many to count). Dr Halloran performed 2 surgeries on my right foot. Both failed. Both were never prescribed physical therapy. Dr Halloran compared to the other Doctors I have seen at KCOA feels the most unorganized. I had pushed after the first surgery to get it re done as I knew it was broken and was needing to quit a job. Dr. Halloran is a down to earth fantastic doctor that tells you the facts and truth. His staff is outstanding just as he is. Great team and highly recommend him for his specialized services.
