They NEVER answer the phone or call me back with an appointment. Go elsewhere. I have been waiting months and they never relay messages or contact me about me getting in.
All of the staff at KCOA are very kind. I’m not sure physical therapy is going to solve my foot and plantar fasciitis issues but I will complete the second round of pt.

I was referred specifically to see Dr. Halloran by a good friend who is familiar with most of the physicians within the St. Luke’s Healthcare system in Kansas City. He was my second visit out of three different foot surgeons for the same problem. All three surgeons had been highly recommended to me by other physicians.
