If you want a VA loan realtor in Glen Burnie who stays calm under pressure, call James Nicholson. He served 10 years in the Army as a Combat Medic, and he brought that cool headed energy to my purchase. He basically performed surgery on my complex VA loan paperwork and made the whole thing look easy. He is the best real estate agent in Maryland for veterans because he’s been in our boots. Five star service from a true professional!

James was a fantastic realtor. He had great information on the va loan and everything that can help a veteran to be able to afford a home, as well as general and county information in relation to buying a home, taxes, permits, HOAs and more. He was incredibly patient as we viewed home after home till we found our perfect fit. He was also able to work with us to do viewings and visit houses around our work schedule, which was very important to us. Overall 5 stars and highly recommend James as a realtor.
