I cannot speak highly enough of this gentleman. He was exceptionally respectful, kind, understanding, and genuinely helpful. While visiting my son at college, we experienced a flat tire with our rental car. Unfortunately, because it was so late, the rental company was unable to assist us until the following day. We contacted this company instead, and the professionalism and quality of service we received were truly outstanding.
My daughter and I were stranded on the 4th and one call to James and he came right out to help assist us to get us on our way. I really appreciate his prompt response! Very kind and professional guy!
If I could give James a 10 stars I would!! I was about to get on the road and noticed that I had a flat, I called James and he came to me within 10 minutes to fix the issue!! Thank you James for your kindness and for your quick assistance. I truly appreciate it!! Call James if you are having any tire troubles, I highly recommend!!
