Great experience from check to seeing Dr Palmer
The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Dr.Palmer is the best ENT Dr.in Pennsylvania. Traveling a few hours to see him is well worth the trip. It's so sad we don't have those doctors in our area (Lackawanna county).
Even though he saw me for only about 5-10 minutes, everything went well and he assured me that my nasal passage was good. Philadelphia magazine is correct in naming him a top doctor.
Wait time acceptable; excellent, friendly, accomodating staff, and, of course, Dr. Jim Palmer!
