i would give zero stars if i could.dr nalbone is a terrible careless man who set me up for failure twice, one time that was so traumatic and he treated me cruelly over something that was his fault. last month, his actions caused me to never see him again. i am extremely sensitive to medications. he would change my meds so drastically with NO titration and put me on heavier stuff and say “i could just switch” and ill be fine. well this time i was not fine. because of this horrible dangerous med change, where he practically ov... read more

I have seen Elizabeth Demis through this practice as well as Marianne Nettina, I have not personally worked with Dr Nalbone. I received great care from the practitioners I worked with. However, I would echo what many have said about reception. Follow through on scheduling future appointments was limited if I met with a provider over the phone or through Doxy. I usually had to follow up myself. Would have paperwork sent to me the day of an appt and then were annoyed I didn’t have it done in time when there was little notice. ... read more

Not a great provider. Needs more compassion with his patients and to not patronize them because of their mental health issues.

I suffer from severe anxiety and panic disorders along with post traumatic stress disorder. When someone complains about over prescribing an anit-anxiety medication when it helps a patient as myself to function better and be more productive in my work and other areas of my life, I find it very disturbing. I wish there were more doctors that had the understanding and compassion as Dr. Nalbone.

Dr. Nalbone is a highly ethical and credible physician, who is clearly in tune with the patients needs. He brings insight, comfort, support and suggestion to each session. He also provides a safe and confidential setting to assist his patience with progression.

Struggling with post traumatic stress from childhood and major depression, my experiences as an adult patient working with Dr. Nalbone were positive, excellent, and beneficial. I do not like taking any medicine unless absolutely necessary. Dr. Nalbone understood and worked with me to reach my goals of taking only the medication I needed, as I worked to overcome my past. When I was ready, Dr. Nalbone advised me as to the best approach to weaning off the medications which I accomplished.

I wouldn't recomend this office to anyone. They refuse to refund patients if there is a billing error. They over prescribe Xanax and they do not even know what insurance they accept (as was the case in my experience). I worked with my insurance company for a year and they straight told me I will receive no refund. I was forced to call the DEA as I believe this is a pill mill. The DEA called back in one week, faster than the office ever responded. His NPP's are horrible as well.

They worst " Doctor " I have truly EVER dealt with in my life. Extremely unprofessional, rude and when it comes to meds, he will make you sicker than help you. Due to his incompetence I was rushed to the emergency room. The ER Doctor was absolutely disgusted with Dr. Nelbone and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED another Doctor!. The ER Doctor had said he has had to clean up a lot of Doctor Nelbones messes! I have reported him to the NYS PROFESSIONAL LICENSING!
