The Dr and staff were very professional and helpful.
The wait at the reception is quite bad, it is the second time it has happened to me and I verified that it is not a coincidence, you make an appointment and schedule your day for the rest of the day, and you arrive 10 or 15 minutes before the appointment, they register you and they do not tell you anything, an hour passes and they have not even called you to take you to the room to wait for the doctor, Last time two hours passed and I never saw the doctor, I gave Unit another opportunity for him to see that that time had bee... read more
The only bad experience was the very long wait times. I was prompt for my appointment. But I waited at least 45 minutes before being called back and another 45 minutes in the exam room waiting for the doctor. That is 90 minutes of my time waiting. Total actual contact with nurse, doctor and scheduler was probably 30 minutes. I had only scheduled an hour away from work but was two hours+ away.
Dr. Nadir has an excellent bedside manner.
