I love Dr. Nace, he's an excellent doctor. However, this is for his personal assistant, Leticia Williams. She never returns your calls even though her voicemail says she'll return your call within 24hrs she doesn't. I have time sensitive paperwork that had to be filled out and returned. The paperwork was faxed on Mar 24, 2025, and I still haven't heard anything. It's now April 6th. This has been going on for years, with her not performing her duties. Dr James Nace has performed 3 surgeries on me my right wrist and two on my left knee. I'm still recovering from the partial knee replacement, but he did a flawless job. He has a great sense of humor and helps you feel totally at ease with every step of the process.
