Dr. McManus suddenly without warning to his patients left the eye institute. Nobody is talking about why nor when asked, "stated we are shocked and not at liberty to say". When the receptionist called to ask if I wanted my records, I said schedule with another doctor.
From the first day reaching out to the Eye Institute for Surgery and Medicine, the staff was amazing. Appointment setting was a breeze. The staff made sure it was me at every handoff.
