While it is not necessarily the worst place to live, the regularity with which things break, the water is shut down, the staff is unhelpful or rude, the building attempts to rip you off in some new way, and the maintenance team is wrong and unhelpful, is staggering. The building also has roaches, and seems to have had them for many many years. We have had four or five major leaks in one year, and maintenance has largely been unhelpful.
