I have been seeing Trey McMullan, PA for many years and have received the same level of care since day one, EXCELLENT! He is very knowledgeable and kind, funny and has a way of putting you at ease for a procedure. He explains everything so you can understand. His assistant Amy is very nice and helpful.
I’m giving 1 star because Dr McMullan is a good medical provider with a kind & fun bedside manner. The practice however is a disaster. No one EVER answers the phone so you leave a message. Pray they call you back which could take hours, days or never. Our most recent experience required my spouse to get a medical release for surgery. So she went to the apt but the practice never sent the release to the surgeon. 2 days of leaving messages & now we are at the day before surgery & they still didn’t send it.
