After I shared my negative experience with another Jeweler, they promised results, but failed to follow through. I had to resend emails, asking if they received them. The last time I went it, they were cold and couldn't remember my name. I moved on to a Jeweler that is earning my business.
Really good place to do business. They were kind, patient, and helped inform my decision for a ring rather than try to guide it. They tried to find options within my budget rather than try to stretch my budget. It was my first ring buying experience, and I felt very comfortable with doing it here. Would highly recommend.
