I bought a used car from James Martin As Is needed a new battery and it needs Freon. My complaint is a major dealership should inspect the cars before you sell a car with a dead battery and no Freon. I understand as is but a major dealership should inspect the cars before you sell these are simple things that should be running when youre trying sale a car , they were bragging about theyre not a B lot dealership but when youre going to sell a used car for $9000 and you dont have a good battery and Freon in the car. Business response:
Customer purchase 10/14 had battery cell failure on 10/30. Although we check batteries at every inspection a failed cell is unable to predict for a failure. Battery was replaced for customer on that visit.No mention of a/c concern at that time from the consumer. These systems are checked when performing our used car inspections.Customer does have appointment to have a/c system checked on 11/25/24.
I took my 2015 ***** equinox for them to check out. I told them what I thought it might be and I talked to **** and he told me to bring it in. He never took the truck apart to see what was wrong and charged me $300. When I spoke to the other man that was working with him, he confirmed that he did nothing to my truck. He couldn't say it because he was in fear of losing his job. That was $300 dollars I didn't have to give away. Had he told me it would be $300 I would have went somewhere else

I went into Martin chevy to have a broken key repaired which was under warranty and the FAT *** SERVICE MANAGER who looks like Santa denied fixing my key. He then told Luis to inform me if I wanted a new Key it would cost 445.00 I called Chevy warranty and was informed that the key was under warranty and they should have replaced my key. I advise everyone not to shop or purchase a car from these Predjuice redneck. This is the WORST interaction I had with any dealer. I sent my car for a diagnosis of a problem that costed $100. They told me that they diagnosed the problem and told me I will need to pay $559 to fix. I paid and they said they fixed it and the same problem occured again. They refused to repair or diagnose again without additional pay. They are the rude, dishonest and total disaster.
