They provide annual onsite visits to discuss overall needs and to ensure expectations are met. Laura has been wonderful to work with! Would highly recommend!
It was great to work with the James Martin team, Starting with Heidi Sibert, and including Gustavo and Gerardo. We made a number of design changes in the process, but the team always accommodated to ensure that we were pleased with our patio. And we certainly were. They completed work in a timely manner, didn’t cut any corners, and it was all high quality.

Tom Bolas did a great job during our pond deletion project. We may have had a couple hurdles to jump before we actually signed renovation proposal and Tom was very professional throughout entire process. JMA Crew was very respectful and conscientious throughout entire project also. I would recommend at least talking to JMA and getting a quote and ideas for your project.
Professional, easy to work with and efficient. If I encounter problems, they are willing to correct.
