Dr. Maisel is a caring professional who explains everything in a calm and efficient manner, Having macular degeneration is debilitating and yet whenever I leave his office, I feel hopeful.

Dr Maisel has been my retina specialist for over 10 years when he preserved my left eye vision by surgery due to emacular degeneration. Last November 2018, he performed a vitrectomy on my right eye which shows the concern for health of his patients. The surgery helped to prevent blindness in my eye. The best retina specialist and I consider him also as a very good friend. Thank you Dr. Maisel.
