Made my first appointment only to have them call and cancel it with very few alternative dates. If this is how they treat you from the get go I’m not interested. I’ll choose a Doctor who actually cares about patients.

This was my first hip replacement at the age of 52. I was very nervous and had been to two other doctors for opinions, both just saying "you're too young for this." Dr. Lancaster was the first to explain not only why it was needing to be replaced but also how the procedure was done. He reassured me that it would greatly improve my quality of life and that at my age I would likely be back to functioning in full after just a few months. This was my first time meeting Dr Lancaster he and his staff was very friendly. He explained everything to me concerning my knee and want was going on with it. He gave me options on having knee replacement or a partial knee replacement. I felt comfortable with letting him do my partial knee surgery. Thanks to Dr Lancaster and staff
