Jim Sullivan has represented me on both business and tax issues. He was extremely helpful to me on at least three separate occasions. He's a strong advocate and gets the job done. Like many attorneys, he has a strong personality and gets right to the point when you tell him about a problem. If you want a no-nonsense lawyer, he fits the bill.

I have hired James Sullivan to represent me in my divorce for $350 an hour. He never came prepared, he was easily convinced by my ex-husband, simply because he is shovenistic. He does not remember anything, probably because he's 70 +. Sullivan thinks that he should get paid such high fees simply because he got out of bed and made it into his office.
