As usual, No Problems.
I found Dr. Hill in MyChart App during the 4th of July weekend and scheduled an appointment as a new patient on July 6 for sciatica. Dr. Hill not only addressed my pain issue, he was concerned with the root cause by referring me to physical therapy. He was very informative and understanding. Also, he reviewed past due test in my patient portal to recommend I schedule an appointment soon. I grateful for the wonderful service received by Dr. Hill and other staff. I am glad to become a new patient. Thanks!!
He took his time with me not rushing through the appointment. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood how my new medication worked and how we will manage my weight loss program.
