I found James to be very rude and condescending. Will not be dealing with him again.
Could possibly be the most infective, unprofessional real estate broker I have ever experienced working with. Rude and disrespectful. He has not gotten me a single offer I’m six months and is more concerned with holding property hostage to try garner votes to facilitate control the HOA I would not put a briny property for sale through him. Use someone who does not own at the property and who will have your interest in mind as opposed to their own. Do not hire for Briny in my opinion.
James Arena is a Superb human. A pleasure and wonderful man of integrity! I worked with him on 2 properties and can personally attest to his level of excellence!
