Every interaction via phone and in-office has been a disappointment to say the least. Years ago Dr. Lusby was fantastic at treating my husband. I recommended Dr. Lusby to my mom who has been sick for over two years with life altering stomach problems. When I scheduled the appointment for early November, Dr. Lusby was not available until January. The scheduler recommended we see his NP Shannon because she could see us sooner.
