The front desk registration when you enter the 2nd flr was very polite and welcoming. Once called back I sat in the room for over a hour without being seen. When I asked how long it would take I was informed the Dr needed to take longer with two other patients. One of the patients checked in when I did. He was an army guy without an appt. However I was made to wait. I just traveled there from a nerve study and was in heightened pain. I understand we all have issues but appts should be treated as such. Dr McFadden did an awesome job and he is too. Love the staff great customer service as well!!
Perhaps my office visit occurred on a bad day - which should not occur in a customer service oriented organization. But it does. The best part of my patient experience was when I decided not to return to this person's care. Surely, there must be a better care provider. However, the check-out process was prompt, efficient, cordial, and professional.
The best of the best. He did 3 different surgeries on the same hand on the 16th and I am over the moon happy with him and his staff. Awesome experience!!
