Building the unit was in was discovered to have a major design and construction flaw, HOA did not provide adequate insurance at the time, so couldn't qualify for traditional financing. It was a distressed property requiring a cash buyer. James and Nicolette got it done. Other owners in the building were asking for their contact information. Their patience, professionalism, and service delivered beyond expectations.
