Always professional and polite from the time you walk in till you leave. Dr. Hebeka and staff make you feel at ease and comfortable. Coming from someone who disliked the dentist office as a kid. This says a lot. They understood and immediately I knew I would continue to return! Thank you all!
I don't usually do this. In fact this is probably the first time I have written a review for a medical professional and definitely for a dentist. I LOVE THIS PRACTICE. I have been seen by them for more than 15 years. They run their operation like a machine in terms of time. I never have to sit and wait; I'm seen at my appointment time. Professional, friendly and great customer service!
Thanks to Karen of the Phipps, Levin, Hebeka and Associates staff for diagnosing my dry mouth. What I thought was just another symptom of getting older and a side effect of medications turns out to be very treatable (which is good, because it's a threat to dental health)!
Dr.Ryan Phipps is such a caring, friendly, knowledgeable dentist. He has done root canals and crowns on my teeth, and all was PAIN FREE. Office staff is a great group of people as well. Everyone is extremely nice!!!
Dr. Levin's chair was much like being in an episode of Grey's Anatomy! He's a God.
Friendliest staff & great experience. Dr.Hebeka really cares about his Patients and he's the best Dentist I've had in my life.
