This guy is incredibly impatient and an arrogant brute. Saw him in the Holmes ER and he didn't even wash his hands or change his gloves after being in my mouth then going and touching the door knob and the wall then came back and stuck those nasty gloves back in my mouth again! He did emergency surgery to stop the bleeding, sent me home and it was bleeding 10x worse 3-4 hours later. I had an appointment with James Lacey and I made sure I was early for the appointment. I have never been so upset from an appointment. He is not a Dr. who cares. I went in for a consultation about having my thyroid removed. I have extensive medical history of having issues with my thyroid. I have family history of thyroid issues. I was told today that my thyroid issue perfectly normal perfectly fine not enlarged ( mind you that you can physically see my thyroid in my throat plus 8 Drs have told me it is enlarged). I can’t really say anything about Dr Lacey himself as I didn’t get the opportunity to see him. I made an appointment months ago. I was, admittedly, 17 minutes late to my appointment. I was told they only hold the appointment for 15 minutes and I would have to reschedule. They next appointment isn’t until the end of Nov. There were zero people in the waiting room and I expressed that I was willing to wait. To no avail. I think I’ll find a different ENT. Everyone at the office is great, especially nurse Adam. He is very personable and quick to get back with any questions you may have. Highly recommend this office.

After a 10 year battle with a deviated septum, Dr. Lacey and staff were able to correct the issue and I for once, had a comfortable and full night's sleep. I finally have my life back now that I can breathe normal again. From my initial appointment to surgery and now back for follow ups, the staff and entire office are wonderful and always helpful. Thank you Dr. Lacey as well as Beth!
