I had the Inspire implant a week ago, and Dr Lacey and his team were fantastic. I felt comfortable from the first appointment. He and his team explained everything very well and always asked if I had any questions. I very much appreciate how warm and caring they all were. Would recommend to anybody.
Dr. Lacey is no-nonsense and extremely experienced, and it shows in the efficient way he moves through diagnoses and procedures. You may need to ask him to slow down with explanations as he's clearly done most routine procedures hundreds if not thousands of times, but when I did so he was happy to answer my many questions. This guy is incredibly impatient and an arrogant brute. Saw him in the Holmes ER and he didn't even wash his hands or change his gloves after being in my mouth then going and touching the door knob and the wall then came back and stuck those nasty gloves back in my mouth again! He did emergency surgery to stop the bleeding, sent me home and it was bleeding 10x worse 3-4 hours later.
