It took 8 weeks to get my glasses and they aren't right told them they said the right script is in there just get used to them. Called again told them still couldn't see with them. I had them checked somewhere else and was told the measurements were all messed up. He was supposed to call and never did . I will never go back there
Stay away no glasses after 7 months.won't return calls and get run around when I stop in
Avoid this place at all cost!! Doctor is shady. Dropped all insurance, but will not tell you until after the exam and charge you full price. Dr is rude and has no business prying into private peoples lives that DON’T have anything to with the eye!! Thought he was going to be big and bad and come at me when confronted. Wrong mister, not today!! Total, complete waste of my time. Doc if that’s what you want to call yourself, consider yourself fired and reported.
Horrible attitude. Does not accept insurance even after being shown proof. DO NOT GO HERE. He forced us to buy his frames, and since we did not want to do that, he refused to provide the prescription after wasting an hour of our time. After this, he kicked us out of the office and locked the door behind us. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
This guy is totally creepy and insists on taking your contacts out of your eyes and putting your contacts into your eyes. He won't let you do it yourself. Then they order your contacts and they don't come for months. You call to check on things and leave a message and they don't bother to call you back. This happened to both me and my husband.
