Excellent protocols. Check your temperature at your vehicle. Bring you into office and straight to chair for cleaning. Casey wore a mask, shield and gloves during the cleaning process.
So glad a friend referred this DDS. Easy to schedule, great office staff, makes you feel like more than a client. Tasha, the hygienist, was fantastic, I have ALL my teeth so she really got a work out with the cleaning! Dr. Doyle was personable and takes a very patient orientated approach to dental care. Must also mention Jennifer, a great listener and again client oriented.
I have been going to this location for almost twenty years. It is a wonderful office staff. Everyone was wearing masks and my hygienist wore a shield. As well. My teeth and gums feel great. I go four times a year and my mouth never feels better than it dies when I leave the office.
All of my fears regarding my regularly scheduled dental appointment with Dr. Doyle during Covid were completely erased yesterday. His staff’s attention to assuring patients’ safety far exceeded my expectations with their screening & procedures. I required extra attention due to some pain I was experiencing with my jaw. Dr. Doyle took his time & was very patient & caring throughout my visit which required extra attention. Thank you Dr. Doyle & Staff for the Excellent Care You Provide! God Bless You All!
Exceptional service, administration, technicians, and dental care. The entire operation functions cohesively to attend to patient needs and make everyone feel right at home. This is the way all medical offices should operate.
Dr. Doyle, Cheryl, Jennifer and Kristen were awesome as always. I felt very safe with their attention to detail to keep my health as a patient top priority while getting my teeth cleaned during this crazy time.
I recently had a cleaning and it was a fantastic experience. The hygienist was very thorough and explained each step of the process. She even gave me suggestions on problem areas. I really enjoyed the experience.
It is always a pleasure to visit with James and his team!! They make you feel welcome and have your best interest at heart. Would highly recommend them!!
Everyone in the office took excellent precautions during this COVID-19 pandemic making my experience seem as normal as possible ... D2
