I have had open heart surgery replacing the aortic valve.done at U.W. 5 yrs ago. Unfortunately the valve deteriorated and was barely functioning. Went to Dr brevig because I could no longer function. (My original Dr had retired.) Interview went well with Dr brevig. He stated I needed a stent ASAP and I would here from him after he spoke with his team on Wednesday and would try schedule me for the next week. I just had triple bypass surgery at Providence. Dr. Brevig performed my surgery. Dr. Brevig is a kind and caring surgeon, and one of the best cardiac and thoracic surgeon in the country. And I was very lucky to have had my surgery done by him. I can only say that you're in best hands.
